Step Thru / The mission

More agency.
More room for imagination.

Through Threshold, I build original worlds, interactive media and practical tools that help people create, explore and make decisions.

AI helps me turn ambitious ideas into working experiences. Human direction, clear controls and honest limits guide the work.

Over time, I want people to have more control over the tools they depend on—including systems they can understand, adapt and run locally.

01

Make something useful.

Start with a real need or an experience worth exploring. Turn the idea into something people can try, then refine it through use.

02

Keep people in control.

Make actions clear, decisions reviewable and limits visible. Treat greater local capability and replaceable components as directions to test, not capabilities to assume.

03

Show how the work is made.

Credit the people, tools and source material behind the experience. Share implementation and evidence where I can, while protecting private and client work.

The mission, in practice.

Walter World gives an original character a place to explore. VacTrack connects a practical field-to-office workflow. Walter Newsroom makes a character-led media experience inspectable through chapters, sources and implementation studies.
